Atlas Ward Polska will implement a modern, 13-storey B URBAN building, designed in accordance with the idea of sharing economy.
We started work at Jaworska Street 4 in Wrocław, where a building with premises intended for investments will be built. It will contain 419 studios and 33 2-room apartments, which will go to the owners finished, furnished and fully equipped with household appliances. The total area of the facility will be 168,000 m2. Our investor – INWESTGRUPA ECODOM sp.z o.o. – plans to provide the Wrocław real estate market with a self-sufficient place to live, whose design and idea has been developed on the basis of specially conducted consumer research. Atlas Ward Polska will implement the B URBAN investment in the general contracting system. The installations will be carried out by the Inplag team.
Tailored investment premises
The new concept of apartments in the dynamically developing business center of Wrocław meets the needs of young people looking for a space to live in close proximity to the workplace, shopping, service and entertainment. B URBAN is an investment right next to the headquarters of many Polish and global companies, gathering nearly 25,000 employees during rush hour. B Urban premises and flats are also an excellent investment for future owners. The estimated annual rate of return was estimated at 7%.
Sharing economy is used in many areas of urban life. The B URBAN investment project includes three types of space: home, shared and service. In addition to modern housing, there will also be: a shared laundry room, co-working office, underground garage and a café. There will be pro-ecological solutions, such as: electric car charging station and city bike station. The investor will also make available a mobile application for managing premises, which – using the latest technologies – will improve communication between the owner and the tenant.
