Application selection process
We know how important it is to receive feedback in the recruitment process. We make sure that each candidate receives feedback on his or her application as soon as possible. However, be forgiving - due to a large number of them - it may take us a while.
If your experience and career development prospects, which you describe in your resume, are in line with our needs - we will contact you by phone. We will set the date of the job interview at our company's headquarters and provide answers to all the questions that are important for you.
The interview - stage 1
During the interview we will be able to learn more about each other. You will be told about our company and the open position. We, on the other side, will be interested in getting to know your experience, skills and expectations regarding your new job.
The interview - stage 2
Candidates who have successfully completed all the stages discussed so far will certainly be offered the opportunity to participate in the next recruitment meeting. One interview is definitely not enough to get to know each other well enough and make a decision about cooperation. We want to precisely define mutual expectations and learn even more about each other.
The final phase of the recruitment
After finalizing the decision about choosing a candidate for the position you have applied for, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process, we will contact you. All those who take part in our recruitment processes receive feedback.
