7R Park Warsaw West I is located in Bronisze, in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw agglomeration. In addition to its great location, it is distinguished by class A facilities – of the highest quality, optimal equipment and a total area of \u200b\u200b14,000 m\u00b2. Atlas Ward Polska has completed both warehouse halls in the general contracting system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tailor-made logistics park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new facility – just like the first building – was designed in accordance with the requirements of the tenant – InPost, managing a network of parcel machines and offering courier services. The hall has an area of \u200b\u200bnearly 5,000 m\u00b2. The appropriate number of docks and gates available from level “0” allows to carry out cross-docking operations, necessary in the current work of the tenant’s sorting plant. The entire 7R Park Warsaw West I is covered by BREEAM certification. The energy-saving solutions used include, among others: LED lighting, gas heating and a system that allows starting electric car charging stations. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Park in Bronisze is another 7R investment for InPost supervised by Atlas Ward Polska. We also implement a complex of 7R park warehouse halls in Sosnowiec.<\/p>\n\n\n
