The building has an office and social part. Atlas Ward Polska has also implemented two retention reservoirs and a comprehensive land development with the necessary technical and road infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design and Build system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have completed the entire warehouse and logistics center complex as a General Contractor in the Design and Build D&amp;B system. We cooperated with the Investor at the concept stage of both buildings. Our Architectural and Design Office performed all the necessary design work, and the implementation teams supervised the construction, obtaining the Use Permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taking care of the Investor&#8217;s comfort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our cooperation with ASC Workers so far has resulted in many investments carried out together.
