Atlas Ward Polska, as the General Contractor, will construct two new facilities with a total area of \u200b\u200bover 23,000 sqm. The facilities built in the BTS model will house a sorting plant of one of the largest Polish logistics operators and a cold storage warehouse: Green Factory Logistics.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atlas Ward Polska is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of both investments in the &#8220;<strong>Design and Build<\/strong>&#8221; model. Each of the new facilities was adapted to the needs of the target users at the design stage. The first of the halls with a two-story office building with a total area of \u200b\u200bnearly 12,820 m2 will be developed by the courier company. With a view to maintaining the highest standards in terms of ecology and environmental protection, the construction of new facilities will be subject to BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Park P3 in Robakowo is one of the largest logistics parks in western Poland &#8211; its unquestionable advantage is its excellent location in the vicinity of Pozna\u0144 and the A2 motorway. The expansion of the park is the second investment of <strong>Atlas Ward Polska<\/strong> for the developer P3.
