A new warehouse with an area of 22,500 m<sup>2<\/sup> will be built in Nowa Wie\u015b Wroc\u0142awska in Lower Silesia, right next to the A4 motorway.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer belonging to the NREP NSF IV investment fund. The activity of BIK is supervised by Logicenters &#8211; the NREP logistics platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investor trusted us for the second time. The previous project included an area of over 25,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. The total area of the facilities implemented by our team as part of BIK Park Wroc\u0142aw is nearly 50,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment, like the first one, is carried out following the assessor\u2019s guidelines for BREEAM certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.
