The investment is implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, which allowed to start the BREEAM certification process at the Excellent level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, on the neighboring plot at Lubczy\u0144ska St., the construction of a second Panattoni production and warehouse facility, together with an office building, is underway. Their area is 40,000 m2 and, similarly to the sister logistics park at Kniewska Street, is covered by the green BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
