In Nowa Wie\u015b Wroc\u0142awska, right next to the A4 highway, the Wroc\u0142aw team of Atlas Ward Polska is carrying out the expansion of the logistics park for Biuro Inwestycji Kapita\u0142owych SA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer belonging to the investment fund NREP NSF IV. The activity of BIK is supervised by Logicenters – the NREP logistics platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new warehouse will have an area of \u200b\u200b22,500 sq m and is BREEAM certified at \u201eGood\u201d level. All facilities built in the park by our team have nearly 50,000 sq m in total. The works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Inplag team is responsible for the installations in the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
