P3 Warsaw is a complex of two modern buildings with a total area of approximately 20,000 sq m. We\u2019re implementing the investment for P3 Logistic Parks, in the northern part of Warsaw, at Faradaya St., near the S8 expressway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first building was built in the BTS model in response to the needs of city logistics and already has an occupancy permit. We plan the finalization of the implementation at the beginning of 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is another example of a realization consistent with the principles of sustainable construction and covered by the BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.<\/p>\n\n\n
