For one of the leaders in the real estate industry – Hillwood Polska, as the General Contractor, we are conducting the construction of a new warehouse and logistics facility with an area of nearly 11,000 m2.

The scope of our work also includes, among others, the development of the external area with roads and manoeuvring areas, the construction of rooms for the staff of the facility and the implementation of external and internal networks. The investment for the Hillwood brand is being carried out in Świebodzin. In the long run, our facility will be operated by one of the companies from the automotive industry.
