We are beginning the construction of new warehouse and logistics facilities for 7R – Park Warsaw West I and Park Sosnowiec.

7R Park Warsaw West I and Park Sosnowiec complexes are distinguished by their perfect location and flexibility in adjusting the available space to business needs. Tenants can create within them both warehouse space as well as light manufacturing activity. Both projects are carried out with emphasis put on energetic efficiency and are subject to BREEAM certification.

New 7R Park Warsaw West I space will serve as sorting plant for parcels of the InPost company. In this way, the company will soon be using as many as eight facilities of this kind.

Both projects constitute the continuation of our current cooperation with 7R SA as investor, within which we act as General Contractor of the parks in Bronisze and Sosnowiec.
