We are starting the next stage of the Wrocław Campus 39 project – Panattoni’s biggest investment in Lower Silesia.

We are now continuing our cooperation with Panattoni on the construction of a logistics and industrial complex in Wierzbice near Wrocław. New facilities will join the 80,000 square metres contracted so far. As a part of Wrocław Campus 39 project, we will build for this investor the facilities of about 150,000 sqm in total.

The work is being carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, and the facility is BREEAM certified at the Excellent level. The second phase of construction will be completed next spring.

Due to its attractive location – in the vicinity of the A4 motorway and the S8 road – the Panattoni Wrocław Campus 39 logistics and industrial complex will be an ideal solution for companies from the e-commerce and electromobility sectors.
