We have completed work related to the expansion of the Warehouse and Logistics Center (CML) for ASC Workers – our long-term business partner. Recently, we have commissioned a third warehouse with an area of approx. 13 000 sq m and an office building.
The CML complex is located in the Legnica Special Economic Zone. Over the last three years, Atlas Ward Polska has built over 40,000 sq m of logistics and warehouse space. This sum includes three modern halls and two office buildings.
The investment, like the two previous ones, was carried out as a general contractor, in the “Design and Build” model.
