Another project of Atlas Ward Polska has received the highest level BREEAM certificate The P3 Warsaw II logistics park is another investment realized by Atlas Ward Polska, honored with a multi-criteria BREEAM certificate at the outstanding level. According to an independent audit by JWA, the complex meets and even exceeds all standards of eco-friendly construction.

The P3 Park Warsaw II is a unique investment – its location plays a significant role. Being situated within the administrative boundary of Warsaw means that the facility is accessible by public transportation, which strongly influences the certification rating. Additionally, the complex is equipped with electric vehicle chargers and ergonomic bike racks.

The site on which the complex was built is a revitalized industrial area. The remediation (cleaning) of the soil allowed for the reuse of degraded land. The vegetation was also not overlooked: throughout the construction period, the existing greenery on-site was protected, and new plantings were made as part of the landscaping work, all in accordance with the ecological report.
