Atlas Ward Polska has become the general contractor of a modern warehouse facility in Teresin (masovian district) commissioned by a leading logistics operator. This is the second facility implemented by AWP for this developer.
As part of the investment in Mazovia, 30 000 sqm of space will be implemented, adapted to the highest logistics and warehousing requirements. Atlas Ward Polska is also responsible for the development of external areas, including construction of roads and parking lots. Comprehensive implementation of electrical and sanitary installations will be carried out by Inplag – a company belonging to the Atlas Ward Polska Group.
The investment is BREEAM certified at the “Excellent” level. This means that the facility will meet the high multi-criteria requirements of the building assessment system in terms of their environmental impact. The building will use pro-ecological solutions (including photovoltaic installation), which will reduce the cost of maintaining the facility, minimize the negative impact on the environment and at the same time ensure comfort for future employees.
