Atlas Ward Polska has started the expansion of the CTPark Opole logistics park. The OPO3 building with an area of almost 20,000 m2 will be built in the build-to-suit formula. The investment will be erected in a Special Economic Zone in the capital of the Opole region.

The facility is being constructed on behalf of CTP – one of the largest developers and managers of logistics and industrial properties in Europe, for the purposes of TitanX Engine Cooling – a global supplier of cooling systems.

“The investor appreciated our experience, business partnership and comprehensive advice at every stage of the investment and construction process. The facility will be adapted to the highest logistics and storage requirements, and the completed investment will meet the dynamically developing needs of the industry. The modern logistics centre under construction in the capital city of Opole is another example of our implementation in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, in which we will use state-of-the-art technologies and construction solutions” – explains Mariusz Górecki, CEO of Atlas Ward Polska.

At the beginning of March, the ceremony of laying the cornerstone in the foundations of the building took place. The foundation act was signed on behalf of the company by Tomasz Ślęzak, Member of the Management Board of Atlas Ward Polska.
