Atlas Ward Polska Kraków Branch commenced the construction of a new logistics facility with an office building in Niepołomice. The project was contracted by Logicor – a leading European owner, manager, and developer of logistics properties. The investment is 27,000 m2.
The facility will function as a warehouse. The investment is in the vicinity of the existing Royal Canin factory.
The distinguishing factor of this project is the warehouse height – up to 12 meters of usable area. The investment is BREEAM certified, at the Very Good level.
The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022.
