This is how the fastest construction team in Poland works!

In November 2018 we started yet another investment for ASC WORKERS from Świebodzice. As the General Contractor we are responsible for the construction of the office building and logistics hall, including land development and external infrastructure. Our facilities will be one of the first investments to be carried out on the premises of Legnica II, which are part of the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

We have planned the works in Legnica in several stages – in the first place we undertook the construction of a high storage hall with an area of 18 618 m2 and a height of 12 m. We started construction works at the end of November 2018 and finished them at the end of March 2019.  We have just received information that our facility has obtained the occupancy permit. We are also working intensively on the next stages of the investment. We plan to complete the construction of a new office building for ASC WORKERS already in May. We also have a number of works related to the development of external infrastructure ahead of us.
