The P3 Katowice City Project, Hall A – a logistics and warehouse facility with office buildings – has been completed by our company and received the BREEAM New Construction, Shell and Core, Outstanding certification. This marks the third investment by Atlas Ward to achieve certification at the highest level.

For P3 Katowice City, we fulfilled 88.1% of the BREEAM certification requirements, achieving 100% compliance in the categories of Water, Waste, and Ecology, which qualified the project for the outstanding level. “This is a significant achievement,” says Katarzyna Minkiewicz, Director of Sustainable Development, ISO 14001 Representative, BREEAM Accredited Professional, BREEAM Assessor INC, and Green Building Auditor at Atlas Ward.

Atlas Ward constructed warehouses and offices totaling 23,000 m². This is another investment we completed for P3, a long-term investor, manager, and developer of warehouse properties in Europe.
