Atlas Ward Polska has started the construction of a new distribution centre for Dajar Sp. z o.o., acting as the general contractor. Our responsibilities include a comprehensive investment service covering a full range of construction works, gaining permission to use the facility and the preparation of post-construction documentation.

DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

The distribution centre built for DAJAR will have a total area of nearly 15,000 sqm. Apart from a modern warehouse building, the scope of construction will also include an office building and a garage and utility facility. The complex will be located in Wisznia Mała, less than 20 km north of Wrocław. The immediate vicinity of the S5 expressway will make this a very attractive location.

DAJAR is one of the largest distributors of home and garden textiles in Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, DAJAR is also a leading manufacturer of high quality camping and garden furniture and swings. The company has two production plants in Poland with a total area of 15 000 sqm. The new distribution centre will allow for further dynamic development of the brand’s online store.
