As the General Contractor, we have completed the extension of one of the largest logistics clusters in western Poland.
The new facilities, hall A of 10,300 m² and hall D of 13,000 m², are certified under the BREEAM system at the Very Good level.
The sustainable building solutions applied in the investment include:
- grey water recovery system,
- photovoltaic system for heating domestic water,
- charging stations for electric cars,
- facilities for cyclists,
- flower meadows and insect houses.
The construction works were conducted under the BREEAM system and tracked for the amount of carbon dioxide produced.
The halls were built in the BTS model, and their tenants are leaders in the logistics industry, including: InPost, Green Factory Logistics and Colian Logistic.
