We have successfully completed another investment as general contractor. The newly built facility will serve as a sheet metal processing plant.

The investor – EKOINSTAL HOLDING Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. – specializes in steel processing and is one of the leading distributors of metallurgical products in Poland. The construction was carried out in accordance with a high level of requirements for safe and efficient sheet metal processing and dust extraction. It was also adapted for the installation of track cranes with a lifting capacity of approx. 20 tonnes.

We had the pleasure to be the General Contractor of this investment. Our team was responsible for preparing all the pre- and post-construction documentation. We were responsible for the comprehensive construction works and internal sanitary installations, as well as the preparation of external area and surfaces.

The new building is located in Świętochłowice in the Silesian Voivodeship. The plot, of close to 5 500 sqm, consists of a storage and production area and a three-storey social and office facility.
