Atlas Ward Polska is implementing another investment in Lower Silesia – the expansion of the Warehouse and Logistics Center in Legnica. The facility with an area of ​​13,000 sqm, will be built in the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

We have completed several investments for our long-term business partner – ASC Workers. The last two, built in 2019 and 2020 in Legnica, are part of the Warehouse and Logistics Center, and their total area is over 30,000 sqm. We built the first of the halls in just 4 months.

We assume a similar implementation time for our latest challenge – the expansion of CML with a new warehouse with an area of ​​approx. 13 thousand square meters. We will also build an office building for the investor. In total, it will give over 40,000 sqm of space built in the CML complex by our company.

The investment, like the two previous ones, will be carried out as a general contractor, in the “Design and Build” model.
