As a General Contractor, we designed and built another investment in Legnica for our long-term Business Partner – ASC Workers.

The new warehouse has an area of ​​nearly 11,000 m2. The building has an office and social part. Atlas Ward Polska has also implemented two retention reservoirs and a comprehensive land development with the necessary technical and road infrastructure.

Design and Build system

We have completed the entire warehouse and logistics center complex as a General Contractor in the Design and Build D&B system. We cooperated with the Investor at the concept stage of both buildings. Our Architectural and Design Office performed all the necessary design work, and the implementation teams supervised the construction, obtaining the Use Permits.

Taking care of the Investor’s comfort
