Our project received Poland’s first BREEAM, Final, New Construction certificate for manufacturing facilities at the Outstanding level. Panattoni Park Szczecin III achieved an impressive rating of 87.4%.

This is a huge success, which we owe to the fruitful and rewarding collaboration with Panattoni Europe and the work of our BREEAM Assessor and the implementation team from the Szczecin branch. We are extremely proud to celebrate such a spectacular achievement in the development of sustainable construction in Poland and – most importantly – to have contributed to it.

Panattoni Park Szczecin III is an industrial and warehouse centre located in the eastern part of Szczecin, near the S3 expressway. The two modern buildings have a total area of over 30,000 sqm. A number of green building solutions were used in the design and construction of the facilities, which resulted in a very high score in the BREEAM certification process.

The park in Szczecin is one of many projects we are delivering as a general contractor for the international market leader in industrial space – Panattoni Europe. All our investments are certified under the multi-criteria BREEEAM sustainable construction assessment system.
