Work Site Location

The works cover an area located between Poznańska Street to the north and Stołeczna Street to the south, within cadastral district 0019 Płochocin, Ożarów Mazowiecki rural municipality.

Total site area: 18.7716 hectares.

Cadastral plot numbers: 197/5, 198/5, 198/6, 200/5, 202/4, 203/4, 204/4, 205/4, 206/5, 207/4, 208/7, 210/4, 211/2, 212/4, 213/5, 214/5, 215/4, 217/9, 218/3.

Scope of Works

The planned works include:

• Removal of the topsoil layer to a depth of up to 35 cm.
• Grass seeding on the exposed soil surface.
• Installation of galvanised mesh fencing around the site.

Potential Disruptions

The works may cause temporary disruptions due to the operation of heavy machinery, including bulldozers and excavators, increased noise levels and heavy goods vehicle traffic.

Site access and transport related to the works will be via Poznańska Street.
