The Atlas Ward Polska running team took part in a charity Santa Run in Wrocław.
Our team consisted of 20 people, and for the first time not only members of the Atlas Ward Polska running team, but also their children, took part in the event – this year’s edition of the Santa Run had a special route for the youngest runners. As in the case of the standard race, it was not the result that counted, as the sponsors paid for every kilometre covered. This year, the money raised will go towards supporting the Inter-regional Children’s Oncology Centre “Cape Hope”, which performs more than half of all bone marrow transplants in Poland for children.
This edition of the event was under the slogan “the Healthy Run for Healthy Children”. We are proud that once again our team jingled all the way dressed as Santa and used our passion for running to help the youngest of those in need.
The organiser of the Santa Run is the Tytus Chałubiński “Moving Mountains” Foundation.
