Atlas Ward Polska has started work on two modern logistics parks in Szczecin, with a total area of over 70,000 m2, for Panattoni – one of the leaders on the European warehouse and industrial real estate market, as well as our long-term business partner.

Production and warehouse center at Kniewska St., with an area of 31,000 m2, is being built by the Szczecin branch of Atlas Ward Polska. The investment is implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, which allowed to start the BREEAM certification process at the Excellent level.

At the same time, on the neighboring plot at Lubczyńska St., the construction of a second Panattoni production and warehouse facility, together with an office building, is underway. Their area is 40,000 m2 and, similarly to the sister logistics park at Kniewska Street, is covered by the green BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. It is already known that one of the tenants of the space will be the leading provider of logistics services in the world.

Completion of works at Lubczyńska St. is planned for autumn 2022.
