Another investment in 7R Park Sosnowiec is starting. Atlas Ward Polska is the general contractor for the third warehouse in the complex. It has been designed in accordance with the principles of environmentally friendly logistics.

The solutions used in the design of the new hall will reduce the impact of current logistics on the natural environment, which was particularly important for the future user of the facility – the No Limit operator. The building will expand the Sosnowiec logistics park by an additional 5,000 m². The commissioning is planned for autumn 2020.

Eco style warehouse

The facility will be powered entirely from renewable energy sources, which will be ensured by photovoltaic panels placed on the roof with a specially reinforced structure. The installation will be prepared and made by the Inplag team. The developer took care of a number of pro-ecological solutions in line with the 7R Green standard. The facade of the new warehouse will be covered with green vegetation. The planned infrastructure will support the tenant’s electric fleet. The building will be subject to BREEAM certification

General Contractor for the second time

7R Park Sosnowiec is a modern class A facility, which is distinguished by a perfect location in the heart of Silesia. In 2019, Atlas Ward Polska supervised the implementation of the first two warehouse and logistics halls. We had the pleasure to be the General Contractor of the investment.
