We have started the construction of a logistics and warehouse center in Katowice, commissioned by 7R – a developer operating on the commercial real estate market, specializing in providing modern warehouse and production space for rent.

The facility with a total area of ​​over 20 000 sqm is being developed in accordance with the sustainable construction strategy, thanks to which it has been awarded BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. Inplag, a company that is a member of the Atlas Ward Polska Group, is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of sanitary and electrical installations.

All investments carried out by Atlas Ward Polska for 7R for almost 5 years are distinguished by an extremely fast pace of implementation. Our previous experience in the construction of logistics facilities allows us to efficiently plan the entire process in order to meet the assumed deadlines. Completion of works is planned for the second quarter of 2023.
