In Lower Silesia, we have started work on the implementation of a modern GTHR production plant. Atlas Ward Polska, as a general contractor, will construct seven facilities with a total area of approximately 11,000 m2 and will take care of the external infrastructure and land development.
Within a year from the commencement of works, the Atlas Ward Polska team will commission a production, warehouse, comprehensive, technical and office building with a social part, two guard houses and a tank farm. The facilities included in the GTHR complex have been designed to ensure the highest safety standards. In order to respect the environment and care for ecology, the new plant will include, among others water tanks and a transfer pump station. We will also build internal roads and numerous plantings within the complex.
The investment carried out by Atlas Ward Polska for Guotai-Huarong Poland is the first factory that our investor will open in Europe. It will produce a filling of lithium-ion batteries, which are widely used in electric cars. About 140 people will be employed in the new production complex built by Atlas Ward Polska.
In October, at the construction site of the GTHR production complex, the ribbon cutting ceremony took place, which symbolically inaugurated the start of the new investment.
