Atlas Ward Polska has started the construction of a production and warehouse center with an area of ​​nearly 16 000 sqm. The investor is HydraSpecma – a Scandinavian company specializing in the production of components such as pipes and hydraulic hoses, as well as in the assembly of hydraulic systems for global manufacturers of machinery and equipment.

The new buildings will be built in the vicinity of the facility built in 2019 by Atlas Ward Polska for this investor (formerly Specma Poland). The complex will consist of two halls and a spacious office building. We implement the investment in the “Design and Build” model.

The works are scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
