The three modern logistics and storage facilities with a total area of over 23,000 sqm, that make up the 7R Park Sosnowiec complex, stand out not only for their optimal functionality and ergonomic fit-out, but also for their prime location. Atlas Ward Polska, acting as the general contractor, has completed works related to the expansion of the complex.
The investment for 7R in Sosnowiec was carried out in two stages and took less than ten months to complete. The first phase covered two logistics and storage facilities with a total area of 17,000 sqm, which tenants include InPost logistics operator. The recently commissioned storage building, which has an area of 5 500 sqm, was built in the second phase. The entire 7R Park Sosnowiec site is BREEAM certified.
Innovative, green storage facility
The newest facility complies with all the logistics standards related to environmental protection. It is powered by energy from photovoltaic panels, and is prepared to service electric cars in the fleet of NoLimit logistics operator, a tenant of the complex. The storage facility is extremely energy-efficient, partly due to the widespread availability of daylight in the dockside areas. Our internal installation team, Inplag, was responsible for the design and implementation of the photovoltaic installation.
Partnership in business
The developer 7R SA specialises in providing modern and environmentally friendly storage and production space for lease. As part of previous cooperation with 7R, Atlas Ward Polska, acting as the general contractor, completed the 7R Park Warsaw West I investment in Bronisze. We are currently in the process of building the high-bay storage facility 7R City Flex.
