We are proud to announce that we have completed the implementation of the largest Panattoni investment in Lower Silesia – the logistics and industrial complex of Panattoni Wrocław Campus 39!

On 38 hectares, in 8 construction stages, we have completed 4 hall buildings and 3 office buildings with a total area of ​​200 000 sqm – all of this in just 17 months! Other figures are also impressive – such as more than 2,000 tons of built-in steel structure. During this implementation, the Fastest Construction Team proved that it is not only unsurpassed, but also perfectly organized and that nothing is impossible for it.

Over 3 000 people took part in the project, and each of them was trained by the Atlas Ward Polska OHS Team. At peak times, around 500 people were working on the construction site at the same time.

Inplag – a part of Atlas Ward Polska Group, was responsible for the comprehensive implementation of sanitary and electrical installations and networks. On this construction site, Team Inplag used, inter alia, 150,000 m of cables and electric wires, installed 300 electric meters, over 200 gas appliances and installed 120,000 m of steel sprinkler pipes weighing 960 tons.

Panattoni Wrocław Campus 39 is an investment with the first BREEAM Excellent certificate in Lower Silesia. The largest of the halls in the complex received a BREEAM certificate of 78.4% – without a single comment. Thus, our investment was among the top rated green industrial facilities in the “Commercial” category in Poland!
