We have started the construction of the first warehouse and logistics hall in the CTPark Warsaw West complex. The 60,000 m2-plus facility is being built on behalf of CTP, a developer and facility manager of high-tech industrial and logistics parks and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe.
The investment, which is being carried out by the Poznań branch of Atlas Ward Polska, is being built in Wiskitki near Warsaw. The location of the new CTP facility right next to the A2 motorway and in the vicinity of the planned CPK (Solidarity Transport Hub Poland) is undoubtedly one of the major advantages in the opinion of future tenants.
The facility will be certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. Among other features, the hall will be equipped with facilities to optimise the consumption of utilities, an automatic LED lighting intensity system, a video surveillance system, sprinkler, smoke removal and drainage systems with a 13,000 m3 retention tank. Inplag, a member company of the Atlas Ward Polska Group, is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the sanitary and electrical installations. Out of concern for the well-being of neighbouring residents, an almost one-kilometre-long system of noise barriers will be built to separate the logistics infrastructure from nearby buildings. The investor has provided potential customers with the possibility of installing photovoltaic cells along with the construction of places for charging electric cars and green rest areas.
The first of the CTPark Warsaw West buildings will be completed and ready for use in Q3 2023.
