Atlas Ward Polska is expanding the P3 Park Poznań logistics park, which is one of the largest complexes of this type in the western part of Poland. Our company is building two modern warehouse halls there, which are built in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. Both facilities will be BREEAM certified at the “Very Good” level. The completion of the investment is planned for this month.
Atlas Ward Polska, as a general contractor, is expanding the investment for P3 Logistic Parks – an international developer of warehouse space, which cooperates with Polish and European leaders in the logistics industry. Two warehouse halls implemented as part of the investment are being built in Park P3 Poznań, located south of the capital of Wielkopolska, in the vicinity of the S11 road.
The investment is at its final stage. Behind us is the construction of the first hall that we have already put into use. The construction of the second one will be completed in April. Both warehouse buildings have been designed and built in accordance with the tenants’ requirements, in the BTS model. In the first of them, a company specializing in refrigeration logistics will launch its warehouses, the next facility is intended for a courier company.
New buildings constructed as part of the extension of P3 Park Poznań are certified in the BREEAM system at the “Very Good” level.
