The Atlas Ward Polska team consists of people with a whole array of competences, and we were looking for just such candidates during the pracuj.pl festival.

The autumn edition of JOBICON took place on 8th October at the Wroclaw Congress Centre, during which the best employers from Lower Silesia could meet with candidates looking for new career challenges. The festival was the perfect opportunity for recruiters and potential employees to exchange information about job offers and expectations. It also gave an insight into the Lower Silesian labour market from various perspectives, thanks to well thought-out information points featuring information about nearly fifty companies.

At Atlas Ward Polska, our every-day focus is on the team, which people who visited our stand at JOBICON could find out for themselves. During direct meetings with potential candidates we showed how we support employees in developing their careers and interests. Our interviews resulted in many new contacts and led to numerous further recruitment meetings.
